Empty Tape Roll Recycled Vase

Hello Friends,

How r u doing ?? Today i am not sharing a card but a recycled craft made out of empty tape rolls. Well one sunday when i was cleaning and organising all my cupboards where i store all my craft supplies, i found so many empty tape rolls which i had hoarded for a long time..i ante to throw them away as i was running out of space but  instead of that i quickly stacked them one above the other and glued them..and it looked like this-
P.S. - picture heavy post

Even after gluing rolls together i had no idea what i'll going to do further..then one day i found the need of a vase for my flowers so i then converted this tape roll stack into a vase. Stack was hollow so I first covered it from one side by cutting a circle from a thick cardboard -

Now It's half done..for colouring the vase i used some leftover oil paints and marbelling technique (as seen on Archana's blog) to apply them. My little nephew also helped me out !!

Since oil paints take a lot of time (almost overnight) to dry so i sprinkled some colourful glitter over wet vase.

Then decorated it glitter tubes and blings..Here's the finished one-
