Stencil Card with Chalk Colours

Hiya,

I am back with another card today..Yes it's a Stencil Card. Last month I was working on stencils and made about 8-10 stencils. Will share them with you all in later posts ..but for today i am sharing the stencil and card made out of it. First let me show you my handmade stencil -

It's super easy to create your stencils but yes at the same time it takes time n needs patience. It is a big
stencil so for my card I have used only the girl part of it...Now lets take a look at the card -

The colouring medium both for the stencil and background is Camel Soft Pastels (Chalks)..Since these colours do not come with an applicator so I have used ear buds n cotton balls to apply them..For a long time i wanted to try chalks but before buying a costlier one, I thought why not try hands on local one..and I tell u these are superb to colour images..have u noticed the blending in the background..I love it..I have created stripes in the background by erasing with an eraser. The top corner's design is made from negative of a corner punch.
A closer look to the girl stencil -

The flowers are handmade n that too coloured with chalks..also added some glossy touch to the flowers..I have used same flowers in my wine glass shaped card ..Here's a closer look at flowers -
