Recycled Sweet box

Hello Friends,

How are you ? Hope you all are enjoying monsoon showers in your regions. We here are still waiting for rains. It is still very hot here. I am crafting but these days not able to share all that I have made. Today finally decided to share to a recycled sweet box. This box was in my stash for more than a year. There are still many items waiting for their chance to get recycled.

The ruffled lace all around the lid is made from washi tape. Check its tutorial on Color Conception Challenge. I had so much of fun playing with washi tapes. The weaved pattern is also made with washi.

This was the box that I recycled

Recycled Matchbox

Hello Friends,

How are your days ? Mine very lazy. Was not in a mood to make post, though have few projects to share. So today I finally decided to share a recycled matchbox. I have transformed it into a gift box. This box is made as DT inspiration for the current challenge running at Color Conception Challenges. We are having "Trash to Treasure using Washi Tapes" theme this month. Do hop over to the blog to see the gorgeous projects made by our DTs.

Now over to my box. Here are some pics -

I have cut a small window and glued a acrylic sheet. I have also made some washi tape flowers. Actually every flower is of washi here. Added a acrylic handle with brads which can be used to pull out the box. The acrylic is recycled from a candy box. The inner box contains a sentiment.

Supplies Used -
Washi Tapes - From CCC
Distress Inks - From CCC
Sentiment - Fiskars
Pearls - form stash
Die - Memory Box from Mansi
